Mohit Narula is the Managing Director and Country Manager of Ariston Group India Pvt. Ltd., where he leads the company's business in India and drives the strategic growth of Racold. He is responsible for strengthening the company's leadership in the water heating category by driving innovation, expanding its market presence and accelerating the adoption of innovative, energy-efficient water heating solutions tailored to the evolving needs of Indian consumers.
With close to three decades of experience across the consumer durables, telecommunications and financial services sectors, Mohit has built a strong track record of scaling businesses and driving sustainable growth in highly competitive markets. Before joining Ariston Group India in 2019, he held leadership positions at GE SBI Cards, American Express and Vodafone, where he led diverse business functions and commercial operations. His cross-industry experience has given him a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, business transformation and market expansion.
Throughout his career, Mohit has successfully led large, cross-functional and geographically diverse teams. His leadership philosophy is rooted in disciplined execution, data-driven decision-making and empowering teams to achieve long-term business outcomes. Having worked across industries shaped by rapid shifts in consumer behaviour, Mohit believes that sustainable growth comes from staying close to the customer, building agile organisations and continuously adapting to evolving market dynamics.
