Terms & Conditions

  1. The #ShowerDecision Campaign is organized by Ariston Thermo India Private Limited. The participation is valid only in India.
  2. Contestants eligible to participate should be in accordance to the eligibility criteria specified in point no. 3 of these Terms and Conditions and participating in the campaign are hereinafter referred to as the “Participants”.
  3. To be eligible to take part in the campaign, the Participants need to confirm to the following eligibility criteria:
    1. An Individual;
    2. Indian citizen;
    3. Residing in India;
    4. Aged 18 years and above;
    5. Legally eligible to enter into a contract;
    6. Must have a valid Facebook ID/ Twitter handle.
  4. The participant can participate in the Campaign by sharing their Shower decision on the microsite or by tagging any of the Facebook or Twitter handles of “Racold” (Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd “Brand”)i.e.

  5. Information as available on the microsite is the only authentic and valid information about the campaign. Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd. shall not be responsible for any incorrect / misleading information relating to the campaign, presented / displayed on any other source other than the microsite of Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd & will not be liable for any loss suffered by any Participant based on the representation, terms, conditions, information presented / displayed on any other source other than the campaign page.
  6. To participate in the Campaign using Facebook/ Twitter, the participant/s has to follow following steps:
    1. Log into valid Twitter/Facebook id
    2. Has to be a fan/ Follower of the page/ handle.
    3. Participants should tweet/post their Shower Decision with the correct hashtag
  7. The Campaign will ask user to reflect the Participant's response on his twitter handle with applicable hashtags.
  8. One lucky winner will be picked on a daily basis and the grand prize winner will be announced at the end of the campaign at the brands discretion.
  9. First 50 participants every day to win assured prizes.
  10. Details of the winner and prizes to be communicated via SMS/Email shared by the participants during the contest entry
  11. The decision on the selection of winner(s) will be final and binding on all the Participant/s. No correspondence, clarification, explanation in this regard will be entertained by Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd
  12. Single Participant taking part in the campaign from multiple IDs on Twitter will be disqualified from participating and winning Prize/s.
  13. This Campaign is open for the participation of individuals only. Corporate, Agencies, employees of Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd & its business associates and their immediate family members are not entitled to participate.
  14. There is no entry fee or participation fee payable by the Participant/s for participating. Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd will not accept any form of payment from any of the Participant/s interested in participating; further participation will not in itself make the Participant eligible for the Prize.
  15. The winners (as defined under point 8) will be entitled to win the mentioned gratification based on the selection of the jury.
  16. Under the circumstances of unavailability of prize mentioned in clause 21, prize of a similar value shall be distributed to the winners for which he has been selected.
  17. Any Participant taking part and declared the winner by Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd and is unable to fulfil any one or more eligibility requirements, as specified in clause no. 3 of this Terms and Conditions, shall be disqualified from receiving any Prize under this Campaign. Inability of the Participant to fulfil the eligibility requirement, shall be construed as violating the terms and conditions of the campaign by such Participant. Any status update, comment, tweets made/submitted by such disqualified Participant during the campaign Period shall be invalid. Any communication, clarification, query, dispute in this regard by the winner or any of the legal heirs/guardians of the winner in any manner will not be entertained by Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd.
  18. The Prize/s shall be subject to the laws of India, including all the tax laws. All applicable regulatory and statutory duties, cess, surcharges, taxes (including TDS), insurances, transfer fees, registration fees etc. that may be applicable to avail/use the Prize/s will be borne by Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd
  19. The brand management has sole discretion in the interpretation and enforcement of rules, including but not limited to selection of winner, disqualification of winner and suspension of response(s) or Participants.
  20. The story shared must be original and confirm to decency guidelines. Any response deemed to contain content that depicts violence, immoral, unethical, illegal, anti-social, racial, political, anti-religious, sexual or any other inflammatory, defamatory or objectionable material will be disqualified and removed from the concerned URL. Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to initiate legal action against such Participants. Interpretation of what is, and is not, appropriate material is at the sole discretion of Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd
  21. The Participants should not deface or disparage any brand of Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd in any manner in the process of creating and posting their response.
  22. The Participant cannot create similar response(s) as submitted for this campaign at any other blog/forum or any other site, or any other campaign of similar nature.
  23. Assured prizes will be given every day to the first 50 participants in the span of 5-6 days via sms & email. Daily prizes will be given by choosing one participant, at the discretion of the brand, and will be given the prize within 6 working days. Grand Prize winner will be announced 15 days after the campaign end date, decided at the discretion of the brand management and shall receive the prize within 45 days after the campaign ends
  24. Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd will have no liability, in case someone is not able to participate on account of his inability to access the participation links.
  25. Participant/s winning the Prize/s should contact Paytm/Amazon’s Customer care directly in case of any complaints relating to redeeming the Prize after they have been shared by Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd
  26. Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any loss, claim, damage, expenses whether expressed, implied, real, consequential incurred by the Participant due to participation in the campaign.
  27. The participants understand that the mentioned gratification offered as Prize to the winners are new and unused. However Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any deficiency in the Prizes and does not make representation about the quality, make, performance, features, endurance, finishing, benefits or fitness of the Prizes.
  28. The bathroom makeover winners will be intimated by 30th March, by way of email on the id entered while submitting the entry on the microsite. In the event of no response/acknowledgement from the concerned winner to the email communication by 14th April, their prize will be forfeited and will be given to the next deserving participant.
  29. The bathroom makeover winners should submit the necessary documentation / proof of identity and other relevant documentation, which Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd requests for, by 15th April.
  30. The bathroom makeover will be implemented by Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd. within 30 days of submission of all necessary documents to Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd by the winners, at the respective addresses of the winners. If the winner absents from allowing the makeover within 30 days from submission of requisite documents, then his prize stands forfeited.
  31. Bathroom makeover by an expert including civil work like changing of the tiles (approx. 150 sqft), Plumbing, Ceiling painting and flooring tiles, bathroom accessories and fittings, lights/bulbs, sink, Commode and mirror.
  32. The assured and daily prizes won are non-endorsable, not transferable and non-substitutable for any other vouchers. The prizes are offered on 'NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND' basis.
  33. Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd will entertain no requests for exchange in lieu of the prize/s.
  34. Apart from the entitlement to the above prize/s, the winners and/or their legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against.
  35. Each winner should provide the following documents to Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd. for enabling Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd to gratify the winner:
    1. Name
    2. Complete postal address with pin code
    3. Photograph
    4. Age proof
    5. Residence proof
    6. Proof of identity.
    7. Copy of PAN Card.
  36. Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions or participation mechanics of the Campaign at any point of time at its sole discretion without serving any prior intimation to the Participants. Intimation of any change, modification, addition, deletion in the terms and condition of the campaign will be served to the participation by posting the revised terms and condition of the campaign on Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd portal/social platforms.
  37. Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd is not responsible for Participant not being able understand the campaign mechanics or for his misinterpretation of the same. No correspondence, clarification, explanation in this regard will be entertained Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd. portal or social platforms.
  38. Any disputes with respect to the campaign shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of courts in Pune
  39. Winner shall assign the right to use the entries, in any media for brand, products, business or any other objective by Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd , as deemed appropriate by Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd. Winner shall also assign the right to display the entries on any medium (Online, TV etc) or vehicle Ra Ariston Thermo India Pvt Ltd
